When Pain Begins Changing the Way You Live

Disc problems can affect far more than your back or neck. Pain, stiffness, sciatica, numbness, tingling, or radiating symptoms can make it difficult to work, sleep, exercise, travel, and enjoy the activities that keep you active and independent.

If these problems are beginning to limit how you move, it may be time to determine whether a disc-related spinal problem is contributing.

  • Recurring back or neck pain
  • Sciatica or pain traveling into an arm or leg
  • Numbness or tingling
  • Difficulty walking, exercising, working, or sleeping
  • Concern that injections or surgery may be the next step

Conditions We Treat

Candidacy is determined by consultation and examination. Below is what we most commonly see and how decompression-based care applies.

Spine Care

Back & Neck Pain

We evaluate whether disc, joint, muscular, or movement-related factors may be contributing to your symptoms, then develop care around those findings.

Disc Care

Herniated & Bulging Discs

For appropriate candidates, decompression is designed to gently unload targeted spinal segments and reduce mechanical stress around affected discs.

Nerve Compression

Sciatica & Radiating Pain

Pain, burning, tingling, or electric sensations traveling into an arm or leg may reflect nerve irritation or compression. Evaluation helps identify the likely source.

Disc Care

Degenerative Disc Conditions

Care focuses on reducing mechanical stress, improving movement tolerance, and helping you remain active despite degenerative spinal changes.

Nerve Care

Peripheral Neuropathy

Neuropathy can have several contributing factors. A comprehensive evaluation helps determine which non-invasive care options may be appropriate.

Joint Care

Shoulder, Hip & Knee Pain

Care considers the painful joint, surrounding tissues, strength, mobility, and movement patterns that may be contributing to the problem.

What Treatment Looks Like

Comfortable, Controlled and Personalized

During your session, you rest comfortably on the decompression table while a specialized harness and computer-guided system help target the appropriate area of your spine. Treatment settings are individualized based on your examination findings, comfort, and response.

  • Comfortable supported positioning
  • Computer-guided controlled traction
  • Personalized treatment parameters

The Treatment

What Is Non-Surgical Decompression?

Non-surgical spinal decompression uses controlled, computer-guided distraction to gently unload targeted areas of the spine, reducing mechanical stress and creating a more favorable environment for recovery.

  • Gently unloads targeted spinal segments
  • Uses individualized, computer-guided treatment parameters
  • May be appropriate for selected disc-related conditions

Clinical Principle

Your treatment parameters are individualized based on your condition, examination findings, tolerance, and clinical response.
